Going active enables you to browse other active members and making your profile visible to them. Incognito keeps your Match profile hidden from other members in your home club only. Message matches within 24 hrs before they expire.

Browse other members seeking platonic connections. Search the bookings directory for upcoming activities looking for people to join or add your own. Share and request unused guest passes to maximise access to clubs across the network.

Omnia is built on a simple philosophy: first connections should happen face-to-face inside one of your home clubs. Skip the endless messaging and meet up for a coffee in the lounge, book a court, or connect after a class—utilising a premium, familiar environment you both share.

Is Omnia an official David Lloyd rollout? +

No. Omnia is an entirely independent, member-led community platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. We’re simply building the missing digital bridge to help members who share the same spaces connect organically.

How do you verify that users are actual club members? +

When the platform launches at your club, onboarding will require submitting a quick confirmation of your membership (such as a screenshot of your member app screen) which will need to be refreshed periodically. While no platform can guarantee absolute perfection, this layer filters out random internet profiles and ensures you're only interacting with real people you could realistically pass in the lounge. Approved profiles receive a "Verified Member" status badge.

How do you handle safety and moderation? +

Safety and accountability are the core of Omnia. The platform features an immediate, native report-and-block system. Because our community is strictly anchored to real-world clubs rather than anonymous internet profiles, any behavior that violates our community standards, crosses professional boundaries, or makes another member feel uncomfortable will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

Is this strictly a gym dating app? +

Not at all. Omnia is a respectful, community-first space designed around the unique social fabric of the club. We offer two entirely separate tracks: Social Mode for finding tennis partners, gym motivation, or co-working connections in the lounge, and Match Mode for singles looking to meet someone new. You choose exactly how you want to navigate the community.

Why does Omnia encourage meeting at the club? +

Because traditional platforms thrive on keeping you staring at a screen. Hours of endless messaging often result in ghosting before a first date even happens. By centering introductions around a safe space you already visit, we remove the friction of organizing logistics, traveling across town, or meeting a stranger in an unfamiliar environment. It simply saves you time by turning your existing routine into an opportunity to connect.
